How can I get a quote?
Please send your drawings (PDF, DWG, STEP, or IGS format), along with details on material, quantity, and surface treatment. Alternatively, you can send a physical sample.
Can you provide samples before mass production?
Yes. A sample fee will be charged, but it will be refunded once you place a bulk order.
What is your typical lead time?
Generally, 1 week for samples and 3–4 weeks for mass production.
Will my drawings be protected?
Yes. We take customer drawing privacy very seriously. Signing an NDA is available upon request.
What will you do if we receive poor quality parts?
Please send us photos of the issue. Our engineers will investigate the root cause and remake the parts for you as soon as possible.
What are the delivery terms?
We offer flexible delivery terms including DAP (Delivered at Place) and DDP (Delivered Duty Paid).
